About Carolina Pond & Stormwater

Carolina Pond and Stormwater was formed in 2018 by Scott Blevins. Scott has worked in the aquatics industry for over a decade with some of the larger pond management firms in North Carolina. In 2018, Scott decided he wanted to venture out on his own and create a business where he could treat his clients like he would want to be treated. Scott has numerous accolades in the Pond and Stormwater industry including: North Carolina BMP certification, Clemson Master Pond Manager, Aquamaster Certified Technician, and North Carolina Pesticide Certification.

When not working with water, Scott is on the water. He enjoys all types of fishing and is an accomplished saltwater tournament fisherman. Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and their crazy Golden Retrievers, Bella & Daisy. According to Sarah, Scott fishes too much, but Bella disagrees because she loves being on the boat.

Scott Blevins

Owner Carolina Pond & Stormwater

As the owner of Carolina Pond and Stormwater, I couldn’t be happier with the business I’ve created. After years in the industry with other companies, I created Carolina Pond to give myself the ability to treat my clients the way I thought they should be treated; with the utmost respect, as a friend and with an unparalleled level of communication. When I tell an existing or potential client to feel free to call my cell phone anytime, I mean it and I sincerely appreciate the connections I have with my clients, my employees and the water bodies that we service.
